Something that really grinds my gears is when I see a health coach, dietitian, functional medicine professional etc. berating their clients & community for not making all the right choices.

-organic food
-nothing processed
-no fast food
-clean beauty products
-clean house hold products
-etc etc etc

Those things are all great. Yes they’re better for our overall health. But some people aren’t in a season of life where “doing it all” is practical or affordable.

Some people don’t WANT to do it all. They’re interested in learning how to better their health in certain ways, but other things don’t appeal to them right now.

THAT’S OKAY

Every small healthier choice is still a step in the right direction.

Listen up! If you've been stalling on hiring a coach to help you fix your hormone imbalances, the reason why might NOT be time or money⏰💸
In my experience, here are 3 other reasons women hold themselves back from getting what they really want:

1️⃣They’re intimidated because they’ve only sought out traditional health care in the past🫣
2️⃣They’re under the impression that a coach will tell them they need to drastically change their day to day life😐
3️⃣They convince themselves that they can figure it out on their own💪

I share this so that you can see if one of these reasons is resonating. Are you holding yourself back?

If so, here’s a few things I’d like you to know about working with me as a coach:

1️⃣I’m a woman & momma just like you are. I have struggles just like you do. I make every effort to ensure that my clients feel welcomed, supported, and NOT intimidated by working with a coach for the first time.
2️⃣Telling you to overhaul your entire life is not my coaching style. I take my clients current lifestyle & habits into consideration and build their plan based on that, recommending small changes over time. I also prioritize for my clients which things are most important to focus on first.
3️⃣It’s true, everything is figure-out-able. But, from someone that learned this the hard way…….you can reach your goals a lot faster by leaning on a coach that’s already been through what you’re going through, has expertise in the area, and can hand you the roadmap for what you need to do. 👏👏👏

1️⃣I created this program because too often Moms are dismissed when they share that they’re feeling more tired than they think they should be or that they feel like something is off with their hormones. This is not “just the way it is” now that you’re a Mom🚫

2️⃣My first client was a woman who came to me feeling very confused about what she could do to support her body. Her periods were very irregular and when she did have a period they were terrible…painful, lots of cramping, heavy bleeding, mood swings, etc. The only answer her provider offered was to go on birth control, which she wasn’t interested in. After a few months of working together her periods were more regular and she was experiencing a lot less symptoms during her period.

3️⃣To date, I've helped 55 women improve or fix their annoying hormone symptoms. That's why I'm excited to help even more women like you!

Someone asked me this past week what the highest p

Someone asked me this past week what the highest point in my wellness journey has been. My response? I’ll let you know when I get there.

Honestly, I’m at a point where I feel really good 98% of the time, but wellness is still a JOURNEY.

A marathon, not a sprint.

There are still things with my health that I’m trying to correct, heal, & optimize.

My body has been through a lot the past 4 years: 2 pregnancies & breastfeeding babies for a little over a year each, plus pandemic stress, plus motherhood stress, plus job stress, plus foster care & adoption stress, and all the other stressors.

I’ve worked hard to support my body through it all, but it’s taken its toll.

And that’s okay.

Even though I’m a women’s health & hormone coach, I’m not afraid to admit that my own health isn’t perfect. I try to be a realistic example for my community!

I’m currently working to optimize my thyroid function, love on my tired little adrenals, & reduce inflammation. This looks like making sure I’m not fasting for too long (between dinner & breakfast), taking my supplements, drinking mineral drinks, & getting creative with managing my stress.
